Our visual mock-up service enables you to see exactly how your product will look when branded on to with your logo or message. All we require from you is the relevant artwork file, which can be uploaded when making a quote request or just sent directly to one of our sales team at [email protected].
For best results, we require artwork to be in a vector format (e.g. AI, EPS, PDF) however, a high-resolution JPG or PNG will also give a great print - for more details please take a look at our guidelines page.
What to expect from your Visual Mock-Up
Once we have your artwork, our design team will go ahead and create a visual proof of the finished product which also includes important information such as product dimensions, as well as the orientation of the logo/artwork, which can be useful if your product is being branded in more than one place (i.e. front and back). Your dedicated account manager will then send this proof/mock-up across to you to check you are completely happy with how everything looks.

If the mock-up we send you isn't what you pictured for the end result, then please feel free to let us know. We understand that you may be after something rather specific that maybe needs to match your company's brand image or specifications, so it's completely understandable for it to take a few tries to get it right. We're always prepared to send out multiple proofs until you are completely happy with how the product looks!

For those making a repeat order, we'll still always send you a visual mock-up of your finished product.This is both for peace of mind and to ensure that nothing has changed since your last order.
If you've recently rebranded or changed your company logo, we recommend that you resend us this information when making quote as this ensures we are accurate with our proofs.
