A step by step guide to ordering with USB2U

If you need more information on this or cannot find the product you are looking for call us and we are delighted to help.

We have a range of packaging options for your Branded USB Memory Sticks, Power Banks or Tech Gifts. These can be printed or even engraved; simply let us know if this is of interest.

Once you have browsed through our website and have an idea of which products and services you are interested in you can proceed to request an online quote or by phoning 0800 008 7079 or filling out our Quick Quote Form. We shall provide a detailed quote within 15 minutes and we will even mock up an on screen visual of your chosen USB stick with your logo.

If you wish to proceed, we shall send you an Order Confirmation form by Docusign to check through and sign electronically. It's quick and simple, just what we like.

Next we need your company logo and any additional text you would like us to add to your USB product. Ideally we like to have all logos in EPS or AI vector format, but if this isn't possible, please send over your most high resolution version of the artwork and we'll see what we can do.

If you would like to add some data onto your Branded USB Memory Sticks, simply send us the data via email [email protected], your own FTP server link, USB Flash Drive or CD/DVD. We will provide an on screen, full production proof for sign-off within one working day. If you have requested data to be loaded onto your promotional USB memory stick we will also provide a screen grab of the content and/or a physical sample if time permits. Where possible, we also like to send sample photos of the products printed or engraved with your logo for final approval.

Delivery will be sent to whichever address you would like us to ship to via UPS. We can blind ship direct to your client if required and invoice you separately.
