About full bleed printing
This type of printing is hugely effective but needs to have the right type of artwork supplied.
3MM Bleed
To print full coverage on a product or print plate, the artwork must spill over the edge, this means all artwork supplied needs to be 3mm in all directions wider than the product printed.
Vector Artwork
For best quality, Vector artwork is always best. This enables us to check CMYK percentages, and print onto black products. A Vector file is usually an EPS, AI or PDF file. When sending a true Vector file please ensure text is outlined to stop hold ups, to do this simply right click over text and press outline text.
CMYK Files
All printing takes place in CMYK format, if you have specific colour needs please ensure your Vector file is saved as CMYK to ensure the correct colour codes are printed.
Fonts
Where text is used in artwork please convert the font into outlines (when creating artwork simply right click over the text and click outline text). If you cannot adjust text into outlines, please include the font file with your artwork.
