Update on USB2U Delivery Charges
As a customer-centric business, we have always strived to provide our clients with the most competitive prices on the market across our range of branded USB sticks, power banks, and tech gifts. With this in mind, we have done our best to offer free standard delivery on all branded USB stick orders for as long as possible.
Regretfully, due to recent increases in fuel surcharges imposed by our couriers and the rise in transport costs overall, we have made the decision to end our free delivery service on all orders.
Over the past few years, delivery costs have steadily crept up, since the world started to "reopen again" following the COVID pandemic. Until now, we have simply absorbed the additional costs. Unfortunately, we can no longer continue to do so without negatively impacting our business's financial sustainability.
Our New Delivery Charges
As such, commencing Monday 6th March 2023, we will be adding a one off £15 (excluding VAT) delivery charge* to all orders. This is the exact same rate that we already charge on all orders of power banks and tech gifts.
We understand that this may cause some inconvenience to some of our customers, particularly our long-standing partners who have ordered with us for many years with free delivery included. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, we hope that you will continue to support us as we work to maintain our commitment of being the best supplier of tech gifts to businesses across the UK, EU and worldwide.

The decision to implement delivery charges hasn't been made lightly, and as a business we have tried to strike a balance between offering the most affordable unit rate prices possible, without compromising the fantastic level of service and fast turnaround times that we provide. *£15 excludes VAT, and the delivery charge applies to deliveries to mainland UK only. Overseas or highlands/islands deliveries will incur additional charges, please check with our team at quotation stage.
