Congratulations to Account Manager Cassidy

We are wishing Account Manager Cassidy huge congratulations on completing her Apprenticeship earlier this year. 

 Cassidy’s certificate is hanging in pride of place in our office.

Cassidy joined us in 2024 on a Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship, and for 18 months she studied hard alongside her growing responsibilities as an Account Executive at USB2U. 

 Throughout her course, Cassidy was a huge asset to USB2U, as her knowledge and confidence grew, she became someone who could tackle any task handed her way. 

 We asked Cassidy how she found her Apprenticeship, and this is what she said 

“I enjoyed completing my apprenticeship here, it really gave me a better understanding of the sales role and gave me the experience I needed to be able to fulfil the role prior to the apprenticeship. Throughout my 18-month apprenticeship, I had to complete a lot of projects alongside my normal role, ones that I felt would benefit the company. A key project that I did that went towards my final qualification was helping gather all tech product certificates and organise them to make it easier for the team to locate them when needed. I really enjoyed completing the projects and the apprenticeship overall!”

 Since completing her Apprenticeship, Cassidy has evolved into a knowledgeable Account Manager working with the wider sales team.
