What happens next

Step 1: Receiving your quotation

If you've been directed here it is most likely that you have already had a quote for the products/services you have requested from us. At this stage, all you need to do is review and let us know if are happy with the quote that you have received.

Step 2: Visual Mock-Ups

If you have sent through your artwork (desired logo, image or message you want on the product) when initially making a quote either by uploading to our online quote form or attaching it on an email, you may also receive from your account manager a visual mock-up of your product/s with your logo on. This should hopefully give you a pretty clear idea of how the finished product might look and allows you to let us know of any changes you want us to make before proceeding any further. If you haven't already sent through your artwork, your account manager may ask you to do so. We recommend providing artwork in a vector format for best print results - AI, SVG, EPS, PDF we can also use high-resolution JPEG and PNG files if required.

Repeat Customers

If you are a repeat customer we may already have your artwork on file to use to produce a visual mock-up with your quote (if not we will contact you and re-request it). If your artwork has changed at all since your last order please let us know so that we can produce an accurate visual proof.

Step 2A: Sample Requests (Optional)

If you would like to see any physical samples of our products you can request to have a dummy sample sent out to you. This can sometimes be helpful for a customer to get an idea as to the quality of the products we offer as well as how a certain print or engraving might look.

Step 3: Payment & Production

Once you are happy with the quote, visual proofs and any samples we have sent to you, we will then send you an invoice for you to sign before proceeding with production of your products. We do offer 30-day payment terms to schools, universities, public sector organisations and our trade partners. We will run a test print of your chosen product and send a picture to you for approval before we go ahead with full production

Step 4: Dispatch and delivery

After production, your products will then be prepped for dispatch via UPS. Our operations department will notify you by email once your order has officially left the building, and provide you with a tracking number for you to use.

Additional Services- Data loading

If you require data to be uploaded onto USBs we will need you to send these files to us. We can then duplicate across to each USB stick once they have been printed onto. Returning customers - please note that we do systematically clear out any data sent to us within 1 month of the order being fulfilled, therefore if you would like us to hold this data for longer then please let us know.
