Why team USB2U is the best team that ever existed

Nat is your typical, English tea addict who strongly believes that her team’s “can do” attitude is what gives USB2U the edge.

In her free time, Nat spends most of her time running around two boys at the park, getting out in nature and occasionally baking cakes for the USB2U team to enjoy. Oh, and we mustn't forget to mention that she is a Beyoncé superfan!

Andy boasts over 20 years of leadership experience, with a strong commitment to keeping customer service at the heart of everything he does at USB2U. When he's not at work, you’ll find him with his family on frequent getaways to Cornwall. In his downtime, Andy is a devoted F1 fan, a movie buff, and has a soft spot for all things superhero. Oh, and he's always up for a thrilling ride—his love for fast cars is undeniable!

Affectionately known as Honey Badger to her colleagues, Karen is a shopping addict who makes sure she surprises herself with a new purchase delivered to her home office every day. Canal boating and sight-seeing is what she loves to do in her spare time, as well as spending time with her husband, daughters and dogs. 

Arun is a self-proclaimed film fanatic with a particular weakness for psychological thrillers. He’s always on the lookout for a shocking plot twist and his favourite director is Christopher Nolan. When he’s not over analysing movie plot points, you’ll find him in a heated board game battle, where he can be a bit too good at bluffing. His favourite games are Coup and the classic Monopoly (although most of his friends refuse to play with him on account of his “taking it too seriously”)

Sam has a passion for sport and enjoys nothing more than watching the mighty Northampton Town FC in his spare time. As well as playing and watching sport he also holds a degree in Sports Development!

Known as Big T, Tristan is a massive football fan. He is a big Spurs supporter and he has run his son's Under 12's football team for the last 6 years. He is also a keen music fan, and taught himself to play guitar. His biggest inspirations are the Madchester scene or 80’s - 2000’s indie in general. He has a famous uncle - a clue is "Ticking Fruit" - if you can guess who it is from that, he will give you 5% off your first order with him!

A true football fan, Cassidy plays football every weekend for Newport Pagnell Women's Team and loves watching her favourite team Tottenham play!

If she's not playing or watching football she can be found socialising at her local watering hole.

Cassidy loves sweets and has been known to eat Maltesers before 10 am!

Sara is a true creative at heart who recently graduated from her Graphic Communications degree. In her spare time, she puts her creative skills to good use by restoring antique rocking horses. She is also a qualified swim teacher, and loves to keep fit at the gym in her spare time. Having initially completed her work experience with USB2U, Sara has been part of the USB2U family for many years despite only recently starting in her role as Junior Designer!

Abel is our Print Team Leader and out of office they're a tattooist and freelance illustrator! Abel does a little of everything in the print room, from actual printing to art working and proofing. They enjoy spending their down time with their cats and participating in local LGBTQAI+ community events.

Hailing from Northampton itself, Jen has worked her way up in the Ops team, to now lead the whole team! She loves being outdoors and regularly visits zoos, wildlife parks, castles and country parks. When the weather is a bit wetter, she loves binge watching TV shows or building lego sets. Her biggest obsession at the moment is k-dramas and the k-pop group BTS!

John is one of the newest members of our print team who has always been creative. On weekdays, he can be found keeping the USB2U printers running, but on the weekends he is a welder. He has a passion for making crazy bikes for events, as well as sculptures. He is also a published illustrator!

Armela is our friendly Finance Assistant who is a true bookworm at heart. Having spent 7 years (so far!) at university with qualifications in geography, secondary education and finance management, she never tires of learning. When she isn't studying ACCA, she's thinking about how to further develop her professional knowledge. She also has a sweet tooth and can often be found sharing delicious treats with her colleagues in the USB2U office.
