Q. What are the available sizes for your USB Flash Drives?
A. We offer following sizes: 64MB, 128MB, 256MB, 512MB, 1GB, 2GB, 4GB, 8GB and 16GB.

A. We offer a wide range of branding options for our USB Memory sticks and other USB promotional products. Please see below or click here for a further details and examples.
Q. Do we have to pay up front for the USB Memory Sticks?
A. No, Typically you will pay 30 days after delivery unless you are a new customer in which case you may be asked to pay for your first order on despatch.
Q. Will any autorun files I have pre-loaded onto the branded usb memory sticks work on all PC's?
A. No, Auto run will only work on Win XP and Vista. CARE - some corporate networks restrict the use of autoruns.
Q. What is the usual delivery time for any order I place with USB2U?
A. We are normally able to deliver your order within 10 working days from receipt of a purchase order and artwork. If you need your branded memory sticks in a hurry its always worth calling us as we do hold stock in the UK and we have been able to turn around jobs using our UK stock within 48 hours.
Q. I need my products very soon, do you offer rush service?
A. Yes, we do offer rush service on some products. Please contact us for these enquiries.
Q. How will USB2U send my memory sticks to me?
A. We send by standard courier such as Parcelforce, or if urgent by same day courier. All shipments need to be signed for and are fully insured.
Q. What is the minimum order quantity?
A. The minimum order quantity is typically 50 pieces but if you do need less that this please call us as we may be able to help.
Q. What is the minimum order for printing logo on the lanyards?
A. Logo printed lanyards are available from 100 pieces.
Q. Do you offer any warranty on the branded USB memory sticks you supply?
A. All of our USB sticks are QA checked before they are shipped to you but in the event of any failure we do offer a 12 months manufacturer warranty on all our products.
Q. Will your USB Memory sticks work with any computer?
A. All of the USB flash drives, memory sticks, USB pens etc. that we supply are based on the current USB standards and will work on all PCs and Macs running Windows ME or later or Mac OS 8.6 or later. (USB drivers are also available for Windows 98, Windows 98 SE
and Windows NT)
